5. Image Size – Due Monday before class is over

Go over how to change the image size of an image. Submit on your blog the original image and the edited image as a gallery 2×1. Title the images in the caption box as original and edited. Title the blog post “Image Size.”

7. Crop and Straighten – Due Tuesday before class is over

Go over how to crop and straighten images. Submit on your blog the original image and the edited image as a gallery 2×1. Title the images in the caption box as original and edited. Title the blog post “Crop Tool.”

8. Expand Canvas – Due Tuesday before class is over

Go over how to expand the canvas. Submit on your blog the original image and the edited image as a gallery 2×1. Title the images in the caption box as original and edited. Title the blog post “Expand Canvas.”

9. Understanding Layers – Due Thursday before class is over

Go over how to use layers. Use this link if you are absent or forget how to do something. Create an image that is 8.5×11 or 11×8.5, find and add at least ten photos that represent you to the new document. Move and size each image to fit. Make sure to save the image as a JPEG when you are done with the project, as you are working you should save as PSD. Title the image. Title the blog post “Layers.” Below is an example.
