I like how you focused on the rusted bar but you show the green and blue background behind. It has a good balance of colors and you can clearly see the texture on the cement and bar. While your eye first goes to the rust you can also see scenery in the background which I think is really good.

I like this photo because there is a lot of contrasting color that allows for strong visualization of the subject
