23. Filters Due Monday before class is over

Using the artistic filters change three of your photos to make them look like you drew them or painted them. Make sure that the images are at least 8×10, save as a JPEG and upload to your blog titled “Filters” and as a gallery 3×1.

24. Art Show due Thursday before class is over

Create a piece for the silent auction at the annual K-12 art show. This will be engraved on the engraving machine. On your blog, when you post the piece, title it in the caption area, and title the blog post “Art Show.” Be creative with the piece, this will be sold at the silent auction, also keep in mind that you want to sell it, think about the audience. The starting bid will be $15 and you will get $5 of that $15, if it sells for $25 you will get $10 ($5 for every $10 after $15). You need to make sure that you invite people to the art show as well to sell the piece. It will be March 8th from 5-8, the auction will close at 7:30.
