44. Comments – Due Monday before class is over
Comment on your favorite four photos from photography 2 students. Make sure that you name the photographer and upload to your blog as “Comments 12.”
45. Exploring Stereotypes – Due Wednesday
Joel Pares, of www.joelpares.com is a photographer with this series HERE, that juxtaposes images of the same person in two different outward appearances. This same idea can be applied to subjects in school, Stereotypes abound, and exposing them can help start meaningful conversation to overcome these issues and tackle topics like bullying and tolerance. Choose two different stereotypes to photograph, each set will have two photos with the stereotype and the opposite of the stereotype. Upload to your blog by Wednesday titled “Stereotypes.” You should have the two photos that go together next to each other and then the next two photos below. Title each photo what the stereotype is.
46. Focus on Reflections – Due Thursday before class is over
Take a series of images that use reflections or refractions of light. There are many great examples HERE.
